Research on Optimization of container Delivery Truck Appointment Considering No-showing and Carbon Emission

The truck appointment system is to set the share of according service capacity terminal gate and yard bridge, so that facilities equipment container can be reasonably used; On this basis, considering situation there are no-shows in delivery process, analyzing impact different types on system. With goal minimizing cost losses, an overbooking model based optimization constructed by queuing theory, no-show probability considered optimize original share. Then designing adaptive genetic algorithm solve search for optimal scheme. Finally, actual data example used verify validity algorithm, which proves more effectively improve utilization rate terminal's resources, reduce meaningless carbon emissions, restrict irregular arrival truck.
